For central kitchens and food production
Central kitchen orders in Telegram, not in chats and spreadsheets
Cafes, shops and offices order from you through a bot or the website. The chef accepts the order, production sees how much of each item to make for tomorrow, the driver sees what to deliver, and the client gets statuses and a delivery note automatically.
What it looks like
The client messages the bot, the kitchen answers with statuses, and the production plan builds itself.
- Good evening! For tomorrow: samsa — 40, echpochmak — 20
- Order #58 for tomorrow, 8:00–10:00. Total 52,000 ₸ · editable until 20:00
- The kitchen accepted your order ✓
- A summary of all accepted orders: production sees how much of each item to make.
What 1924 covers in a central kitchen
Everything that usually lives in WhatsApp, a notebook and Excel.
Storefront in Telegram and on the web
Clients see your range with prices and order in a few taps. On the website they sign in through the same bot.
Custom prices per client
Menus and discounts tied to the client’s phone number: one price list for a wholesaler, another for a coffee shop.
Next-day orders and delivery slots
Orders are taken for the next day, with a two-hour delivery window and a minimum amount. Reorder in one tap.
The chef accepts or declines with a reason
New orders reach the chef in Telegram, with a reminder every half hour while an order waits. No messages at night.
Production plan
A “what to make” summary: how much of each item all orders need. Production marks what’s done.
Dispatch and acceptance
The driver sees what’s ready to ship. The client accepts the order and gets a PDF delivery note.
Payments, balances and reconciliation
Client payments, current balance and reconciliation statements for any period — no manual math.
History and exports
Who changed an order’s status and when. A client’s orders to Excel in one click.
How a central kitchen works in 1924
- 1
The client orders
In the Telegram bot or on the website: items, delivery day and time.
- 2
The chef accepts
Confirms the order or declines with a reason — the client gets the answer right away.
- 3
Production makes it
Using tomorrow’s summary: how much of each item across all orders.
- 4
The driver delivers
The client accepts the order and gets a delivery note; the payment goes into billing.
Do clients need to install anything?
No. Telegram is enough: the client opens the bot with your link. From a computer they can order on the website, signing in through the same bot.
Can I add a client who hasn’t opened the bot yet?
Yes. Add the client in advance by phone number, with their prices and discounts. When they open the bot, everything is already there.
Can I pause orders?
Yes. Close order intake and the bot tells clients that orders aren’t being accepted right now.
Can the central kitchen and restaurants share one system?
Yes. Restaurants and the central kitchen live in one dashboard, and the owner’s summary shows kitchen revenue next to location sales.
